In addition, you'll receive regular updates via the Moodle course with information about summer and winter schools and short-term programs abroad.

The checklist for ERASMUS+ outgoings is intended to give you an overview of the most important information and steps before, during and after the ERASMUS+ application and give you the opportunity to tick off the steps and add notes.

Going abroad with the Erasmus+ program has many advantages:

• a full tuition waiver at the host university
• a monthly country-specific Erasmus+ mobility grant
• the opportunity to receive an "Inclusion Top Up" for equal opportunities
• a grant for travel costs and extra support for those who travel sustainably
• credit recognition for completed classes, as agreed upon in the “Learning Agreement”
• possibility to combine the Erasmus+ mobility grant with AuslandsBAföG or a Deutschlandstipendium

Good to know: For each phase of your studies (Bachelor, Master or PhD) you may receive Erasmus+ funding for up to 12 months, which means that you could theoretically combine Erasmus+ studies with an Erasmus+ internship or blended intensive program (BIP).
