Getting Ready to Say Goodbye!

Towards the end of the semester, it is time to prepare for your return to your home university if you are not staying at TU Dortmund University for another semester. We have compiled important information on documents that you will need at the end of your stay on this page.

Transcript of Records

The Transcript of Records provides an overview of the courses you have taken during your Erasmus semester. The grades for written and oral examinations at our department are forwarded to the department's Erasmus coordinator. Please inform the examiners again if necessary.

For seminars and courses at other departments, you should ask the lecturers to forward your grades to the Erasmus coordinator. For language certificates, please forward the certificate to the coordinator so that these courses can be included in your transcript of records.

When the transcript is complete, it will be sent to you by e-mail. After you have made sure that all information is complete and correct, the transcript will be signed, stamped and sent to you and your coordinator. It is also possible to pick up a signed and stamped paper version at the Erasmus Coordination Office of the department.

Certificate of Attendance

The Certificate of Attendance certifies how long you were at the university for your Erasmus semester. It is filled out by the International Office. If you have a document from your home university to fill in, you can use this and send it to the International Office.
