Online Info Series for Students 20.10.-3.11.: Once Around the World

At the start of the semester, the International Office is offering the online information series "Once Around the World" so that students can inform themselves about the possibilities of a stay abroad. At all three dates, students who are currently abroad will talk about their experiences.

  • 20.10., 16:00: The overseas exchange program

The destination should be outside of Europe? Then the Overseas Exchange Program might be right for you. Apply by Oct. 30 to study at a partner university with a tuition waiver starting in August 2023 or January 2024. The program is open to all majors.

On this day, students currently in Botswana, Japan, Mexico and the U.S. report.

  • Oct. 27, 12:30 p.m.: Study abroad in Europe with Erasmus+.

The Erasmus+ program is the largest exchange program of the TU Dortmund University and offers good conditions for studying abroad for as many Dortmund students as possible. Students in this program not only receive a waiver of tuition fees, but also a monthly allowance that should help with additional expenses on site.

  • Nov. 03, 12:30 p.m.: Working abroad in Europe with Erasmus+.

Gaining work experience during your studies is very important - even if there is no compulsory internship in your degree program. In this event, we will provide insights into the everyday working life of different degree programs. Through the Erasmus+ program for internships, you can even receive up to 1,000 EUR per month as a subsidy for living expenses.
