Rector Prof. Bayer welcomes the participants
In the 2025/2026 academic year, 233 committed and high-achieving students will receive monthly support from the Deutschlandstipendium at TU Dortmund University. At the traditional scholarship celebration on February 26 at the Westfälischer Industrieklub, the scholarship holders had the opportunity to meet their sponsors in person. The event allowed for personal exchange and networking.

TU Dortmund University has been offering the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship as a funding opportunity for students since the winter semester 2011/2012. Companies and private sponsors support high-performing and talented students as part of the program.

We would like to congratulate the 30 scholarship holders from our department on this award and are delighted with their success!

Our special thanks go to the sponsors of the Department of Mechanical Engineering who make this commitment possible. In the academic year 2025/2026 these are namely

  • Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH

  • BASF Services Europe GmbH
  • Bernd Jochheim Foundation
  • Dortmunder Energie- und Wasserversorgung DEW21
